...I student taught at Squalicum High School, and really enjoyed the students and seeing them learn! My focus in schooling was in Zoology and Ecology, but I've taken plenty of science classes and labs, and work in chemistry/environmental now. ...I encourage students to think critically and understand the material presented, rather than simply memorizing information. The ability to reason through a scientific question to find the answer is always more helpful than simply knowing any individual answer.
