...I love tutoring because it is so easy to identify a student's problems or misunderstandings and address them immediately. A good tutor can take a student from lost to mastery in just a few sessions, filling in gaps in understanding that would otherwise go unnoticed in the classroom. After my college graduation from (then) Memphis State University I became a GED Instructor for seventeen years. As a GED Instructor I enjoyed teaching all subjects from lower-level reading and math to Essay Writing, Geometry, Algebra, History and English.
