My freshman year at IUP I started teaching as a TA in the Chemistry labs. I went on to work as a TA while working toward writing my thesis. I then attended Kent State University as a TA as well but was provided more freedom in the classroom. (read more)
...From 2001-2015, I was an adjunct Mathematics professor at Harrisburg Area Community College where I taught developmental math classes. The classes included Basic Math, pre-Algebra, Beginning Algebra, and Intetmediate Algebra. I am currently tutoring in the Harrisburg Area amd work with two home school students in Newport. I'm an environmental engineering student at Messiah college with a passion for math and helping others find an understanding and similar passion for mathematics by helping them understand that math can be mastered.
