David S. ...I loved it as a kid and had almost a perfect year when I took the subject. I scored 100% on the regents exam with quarterly grades of 98 or 99 all quarters. Although that was in 1965-66 I still have a complete understanding of trig and believe that I could make most students understand how it works.

Margaret R. ...Although I am myself now deaf, I can speak clearly. My favorite method of teaching is to give a student little tricks to help remember how to sign things, as well as explaining why something is signed a particular way. When I was learning, these methods really helped me.
