...The second Vygotsky model I use is Scaffolding. When evaluating each lesson, I focus on the basic masteries already achieved, development of critical skills and knowledge, and the mood/temperament/energy of the student at the time of the lesson. At that point a level of learning is created, and used as a scaffold to build upon with the next lesson. (read more)
