After completing a BA in anthropology and theatre, I moved from Vermont to Chicago. In Chicago I became a teacher and program director, working primarily with people who have developmental disabilities. ...I have a PhD in MSE and BS in Physics, which includes Precalculus. The math involved is covered by all the math learned as a physics Major I have my BS in Physics, which involved learning and project use of MATLAB. I have done a lot of data analysis in MATLAB for my PhD in Material Science, using smoothing functions to properly plot scattered data. (read more)
