...Nowadays, I teach test prep, and standardized tests love to give you grammatical mistakes to fix. The ACT English test is basically a proofreading test. I have lots of practice at reading papers and finding the sorts of errors that are easy to fix: small ones that deal with language usage and mechanics rather than with content or tone. (read more)
