...In graduate school, I took a course on Teaching Diverse Learners, half of which was devoted to special education, one lesson of which was devoted to ADHD. I got an A- in that course. I have ADHD myself and am intimately familiar with the obstacles it presents to learning and how to either circumvent those obstacles or use ADHD traits as assets. (read more)
