...There are many fundamental concepts learned in this class, and I still use many of them today in pharmaceutical calculations. Proportions are especially important in pharmacy. ...In my experience, by far most students CAN understand course material, even if previously struggling, if they simply have their specific individual questions and needs addressed. It is much more rewarding, on a personal level, to be able to provide that. I have a mathematics PhD, so I am comfortable teaching all math courses and levels. (read more)
