...I had them placed in inclusive settings, with much resistance form our district who told us that they couldn’t learn to read or write. I retaught them everything when they got home from school. I did this through high school, worked as a 1:1 for my younger son through eighth grade with additional tutoring after school, and then homeschooled him in high school. (read more)
