...Another thing I really enjoy about teaching ESOL is learning about the cultural backgrounds of the students I teach. ...I have experience tutoring Algebra 1 through Wyzant and will work with the individual student to develop the best lesson plan for them. Some students do best with a set lesson outline, while others prefer to bring homework problems they struggled with for us to walk through together. Algebra 2 really ramps up the algebraic concepts, and this can be intimidating for students. (read more)
