During high school, I volunteered at Multinational Ministries, where I tutored boys and girls from grades 1-5 in subjects such as math, writing, and reading. ...I developed a CSS-based grammatical color code as part of the app to enable students to see the structures of phrases and sentences. I also used colored chalk to do this on classroom chalkboards. I was given the opportunity to teach linguistics at one Chinese university, and I was a proofreader for a Peking University Press workbook on English grammar. (read more)
