From my previous teaching experience, I find that the best method of teaching is to break each problem down step by step, while explaining the concepts in words that are comprehensible to the student. ...Ever since the 6th grade, I was placed in the GEM math program, which put me two grades ahead of my peers in the subject of math. I had all of the math credits I needed to graduate HS by the 10th grade, yet I didn't want my peers to surpass me so I kept taking more math classes.
