...My job is to be a guide, to show the student that it is likely that they can in fact get the right answer for the right reason. I provide assistance, work through examples, fill in the gaps, and rephrase the students own words to deepen their understanding. ...I find helping others to achieve their academic goals, very satisfying. I am very emphatic, patient and can work with students of all ages.
