Three major items that qualify me: I have passed the PRAXIS exam myself, I have tutored math for about 7 years, and my career was in broadcast engineering where I studied and used lots of math. I graduated Cum Laude from West Chester University in Pennsylvania with a BS in Secondary Mathematics Education. Since then, over the past 18 years, I have received math teaching certificates in South Carolina, New Mexico and Georgia.
