I majored in Mathematics with a concentration in Secondary Education at ETSU. I worked for both the Developmental Studies and Math departments as a tutor while I attended. ...It always is awkward at first like riding a bike but once you learn it, you'll have familiarity and confidence to solve problems and not just the ones in books!I've taught Algebra 1 for 5 years. ...I scored a perfect score in the math section of the ACT and never from Middle School through University did I score less than A as a final grade. As I have mentioned, I have 15 years experience tutoring math and will tailor the lessons to the individual needs of each student.
