...It is so very different from the math they are used to up to this point. But that is also what makes it such a great subject to teach. My favorite part of tutoring students in math and specifically in algebra is seeing that little light in their eyes that announces: "I get it now!" Algebra 2 can be increasingly and sometimes frustratingly more difficult that Algebra 1. (read more)
