...After my sophomore year, I created an immersion program in Costa Rica and spent two months living with only Costa Ricans, learning the language and working in a hospital. After returning from Costa Rica, I tested out of all of the Spanish oral proficiency classes and was able to earn a minor in Spanish shortly thereafter.
