...Until now, math has been about numbers and shapes, and how they relate to one another. In precalculus, we continue to use the tools that got us this far, but we start dealing with the relationships among numbers (and shapes) as things in themselves. ...I passed the WyzAnt ASVAB content test with 100% and found that it is not much different than when I tutor for my other subjects. The ACT math section has a lot in common with the SAT, both of which I have been helping students with for years. Doing as many practice problems as possible is the best way to get familiar with the questions. (read more)
