...I don't like training people to parrot back correct answers or memorize a list of steps. I meet students where they are, engaging in dialogue with them about their best approach to a problem and where they get stuck or intimidated. When there's a conceptual issue, I pride myself with being able to identify it and calmly help the student through correcting their understanding. (read more)
