...I excel in teaching students that are struggling, so I find where there is a gap, which usually developed in the lower grades. I work with students to correct the problem and work on catching up, starting to feel confident and believing in self. I change my methods of teaching to find the best method for each student, whether student does or does not have learning disabilities. (read more)
