...Afterwards I went on to study pure and applied mathematics at the University of Arkansas. I began tutoring as a freshman and have kept up with it since. ...I took classes out of order without prerequisites and peers. Many nights were filled with a painful struggle to fully understand and eventually teach the material the school had to offer, such as advanced calculus, abstract algebra and topology. ...I took AP Calculus as a senior in high school and loved every minute of it. I took calculus 1 again after my freshmen year of college and enjoyed it just as much if not more. This subject requires multiple thought processes and understanding. (read more)
