...It was more like a one-on-one tutoring approach. In addition, I thought undergrad engineering students as an adjunct faculty before starting my PhD. Although, it was a traditional classroom teaching, but I tried to encourage students to participate by asking questions during the lectures and inviting them to present related topics to the class.
