...In these sessions I would read something selected by the class teacher and then have a discussion with the students about what I had just read. The idea was to engage them in listening and "hearing" the stories. I also would on occasion work with groups of 2 or 3 students who were having trouble reading. (read more)
...On my ACT, I made a 31 composite score with a 34 in English, 32 in reading, 31 in science, and a 28 in math. I love helping high schoolers improve their ACT scores by going over tips, tricks, and ACT practice questions.
