...They asked for a calculator, I said no. They asked to borrow my fingers, I said no. Finally they used slash marks and an eraser to solve the simple subtraction (13 - 8). ...My schooling consistently enables me to reassure students in the areas of test-taking, writing, reading comprehension, ELA, math, computer literacy, science, and more. I haven't forgotten my own elementary school lessons. It pleases me to teach children the love of academic achievement and the different weights that their study skills hold. (read more)
...I have taken graduate-level coursework while on the way to earning my master's in counseling psychology, much of which included pharmacology. I have also successfully prepped many nursing students and pharmacy technicians for PTCB which includes pharmacology. I have experienced teaching pharmacy with success to pre-med students, as well.
