...I was raised that we are all the same. Just because some one might be classified as having a learning disability is okay because all that means is that they learn differently and I strongly believe that. Kids with disabilities, can be taught, it just may not be the same way that everyone else learns. (read more)
...My current focus is mainly on students on the autism spectrum with or without communication disorders. I also help students with ADD/ADHD and dyslexia. Personally, I fall into the category of high-functioning autism and have found ways to make the best use of a skill set that is different from others. (read more)
