As a life-long learner, I believe the role of an educator is to inspire curiosity and creativity. It is so important that our kids have people to support them in their education; it is just as crucial that kids strive to be independent and active in the pursuit of their education. ...Teaching someone how to complete a task is proven to be the studying activity which creates the longest lasting memories. In addition to the student learning the material, they forget most of their test anxiety, which is actually just as effective for increasing their scores.
