...The most important skill here isn't to be able to *draw* a vector or a 3D graph; it's to be able to interpret drawings of vectors or 3D graph, and to "ballpark" approximately what the answer should be. Do two vectors look like they're perpendicular? If so, their dot product should be zero. (read more)
