...During high school, I decided to join the Speech & Debate team to improve my ability to effectively communicate in front of numerous people. Within my first year, I had won many tournaments and even made it to the semifinals in the Harvard National Debate Tournament. Even more so, I qualified for the semifinals of the Penn State Leonard Speaking Competition in 2019. (read more)
...I have worked with a learning center's after-school program, which is focused on helping students achieve good grades through developing good study habits. I grew up swimming every day during the summers and took swimming lessons at the local YMCA each winter. As a teen, I had completed every level of swimming lessons and moved on to becoming a lifeguard. (read more)
