...I am involved in various Deaf Events and am a part of the Signing Student Association on campus. I am double majoring in American Sign Language Studies and Interpreting Program. When I first moved into the residence halls I lived in the Living Learning Community, where I was surrounded by peers that were in the same major as me, so I was constantly surrounded by signing and Deaf individuals.
