...I really enjoy that moment when "the light bulb goes on" and a student "gets it". Explaining the underlying concepts and relating them to something the student can understand really helps. ...You don't have to say "I'm not good in math". Let's practice to get you on your way. I have taught at public and private schools and the classroom does not fit with me. I prefer to work with students one-on-one in tutoring over managing the behavior of many in the classroom. (read more)
