...It is my experience that their confidence level is typically below their math ability. I work with them to not be afraid of math, improve their comprehension and learn organizational skills for their studying and homework that will translate into other classes as well. I want the students to set high standards for themselves but not be discouraged if they don't meet those levels. (read more)
