...Math has always been my favorite and strongest subject and I always find joy in helping other students understand the concept. It warms my heart every time I hear a "Thank you so much! Why can't my teacher explain like you?" or something along those lines, as well as seeing improved scores from the student resulting from our sessions.

I'm just finishing up my PhD in organic chemistry at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. I have a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Illinois Wesleyan University where I graduated magna cum laude. I have been tutoring students since high school and in college I worked as a tutor and also a teaching assistant for various chemistry classes and labs.
