Before I get to my experience, I would like to discuss my theory of tutoring. My goal with tutoring is to get my tutoree (I made that up) to understand the material so that they can do the tasks themselves. ...I worked in ministry for five years, teaching about the Bible to children and adults alike. I have also taught Bible at the middle school level, focusing on each book of the Bible in great detail. Rather than focusing on memorization of logic rules, I like to help students understand and internalize the reasoning behind the concepts, and this helps them perform better.
