Another one of my strengths as a tutor: I understand what it feels to struggle in the subject. Chemistry/Science actually was not my strength when I first began learning the subject.

During that time I hired, trained, and worked with a number of technologists which gave me experience "teaching" younger people how to conduct scientific studies. I continued my career at the Michigan Molecular Institute where I mentored younger researchers on how to do good science.
