Barbara G. ...Study skills are important for students at all grade levels. Depending on the type of learner that one is (oral, visual, etc.) the skills needed to retain information varies. Reading, using highlighters (when possible), taking notes, utilization of graphic organizers and using outlines are some of the skills that I have taught students to use help them be more successful with studying.
