Tracy S. ...After some years, I was frustrated with my inability to communicate with customers, so I enrolled in an ESL class and studied very hard. Because I did so well in my ESL classes, teachers often asked me to help other ESL classmates. For example, after the tests, teachers would ask me to explain to the class the reasons that I chose the correct answers.
