Aaron H. ...I believe learning is an individualized process that gives power and responsibility to individuals and is often hindered by standard approaches which are not tailored to individual needs. I would much rather teach somebody how to think than tell them what to think. This is very difficult with one size fits all bullet points and check boxes.

Micheal G. When teaching how you should always take the time to explain the why. Simply going through the motions is not learning for the student. Explain, with real life examples, why the knowledge will make a difference for the better for the student.
