Kai L. Why do I truly believe that a teacher can make big difference in student's future? Through my own experience, I was fortunate to have a few best middle-high school math and science teachers, so I know the difference, besides it seems obvious. A good teacher helps to build a strong intellectual ability through the subject matter then it goes beyond, and no subject is more important than math.

Cheryl E. ...Mastering phonics, or the alphabetic principal, will help readers decode unfamiliar words and automatically recognize familiar words. I have worked with children who are just beginning to read and have used many different strategies such as CVC recognition to teach the basics of phonics. I find teaching phonics challenging but rewarding.
