Larry G. ...Math skills are cumulative and must be practiced to develop proficiency. My goal as a tutor is to try an many different learning techniques as possible to allow the student to understand the fundamental subject matter.I currently teach Algebra I at Wilmington University. The text used is Mathematics with Applications, 10th edition, Lial/Hungerford/Holcomb.

Reading Comprehension is one of the most important, yet challenging subject matters for young students. I believe that not enough time is spent on it in the classroom.
