Stanley P. ...Because I used to struggle with Maths, I worked harder at it than any other subject, and that is when I became better at it. I have about two years of tutoring experience now, and I think my struggles with math help me understand what kids are going through. I helped my friends when they had a hard time in high school and college with this subject, and I think they really benefited from it.

Jonathan S. I first became passionate about math when I was in 1st grade and would race my friends through addition problems. Eventually, I felt I had mastered addition and moved on to subtraction and multiplication until I had basically finished the 3rd grade math curriculum by the time I got there. Since then, I have loved and excelled in math.

Jehsuamo C. ...You can bet on it! Strictly speaking discrete mathematics is the mathematics of the set of integers or the mathematics of infinities with the same cardinality as the set of integers. Although in the university I was taught at, the course also came with instruction of mathematical reasoning and proof.

As for my teaching experience, I have tutored many students one-on-one, worked as a teaching assistant for undergraduate engineering courses. As part of the STEM mentorship program of the New York Academy of Sciences, I mentored middle school kids in maths and robotics.
