Then what does: sec0=
csc0=
cot0=
cos0=
sin0=
tan0=
(above 0 have slashes through then)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You've drawn the right triangle in the given quadrant, used the Pythagorean Theorem to find the length of the third side of the triangle, and... then what? Where are you stuck in the process of copying off the numbers?
