CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ESTABLISH THIS IDENTITY

(1+sin(T)+cos(T))/(1+sin(T)-cos(T))=(1+cos(T))/(sin(T))

SHOWING ALL THE WORK NEEDED TO GET TO THE CORRECT ANSWER, PLEASE? :confused:

I'm sorry, but this isn't that sort of place. While the volunteers are glad to work with you, they don't work for you.

To get started, it would probably be helpful to start on the left-hand side (being the more-complicated side) and try to create a "difference of squares" situation in the denominator.

I would try multiplying, top and bottom, by 1 + sin(T) + cos(T), which will give (1 + sin(T))2 - (cos(T))2 underneath. How does that simplify? Where can you go from there? And so forth. :wink:
