help w/ steps for x/2 + (x+4)/3 - 2/1 = -(2x - 2)/6

Hi guys

I'm super confused I haven't done algebra since high school and need to help a kid out. can someone please show me step by step how to do the following:

x           x+4           2                      2x  -  2
--     +   -----    -    ---        =      -   ---------
2            3             1                           6

I've got:

3x + 2x +  8 - 12                   -2x + 2
-------------------       =      --------------
           6                             6

            7x              =          6

x = (6/7)
