t is the only variable and others are constant.

$\int_0^{\infty}\left((1-e^{(\frac{t_1}{\lambda})^k-(\frac{t+t_1}{\lambda})^k})\cdot (1-e^{(\frac{t_2}{\lambda})^k-(\frac{t+t_2}{\lambda})^k})...(1-e^{(\frac{t_n}{\lambda})^k-(\frac{t+t_n}{\lambda})^k})\right)dt$
