polar coordinates integration: limacon r=1+2^0.5cos(theta)

Hey guys,

Q) for the limacon r=1+(2)^0.5 cos(theta):
Find the area of outer loop
Find area of inner loop

Ihonestly have no idea how to do this so any help is fully appreciated

One method of starting would lie with graphing the curve and finding the intersection points, and thus the integration endpoints for the loops.
