Percentage as fractions

Need to express the first number as a percentage of the 2nd number. Men Salary $33,196 and Woman salary $20,922. What do I do- confused??

do like they show here: http://www.purplemath.com/modules/percntof.htm
so div 1st num by 2nd num times by 100 and put "%" sign on it
