can someone help me with this problem

1+3/5(q-4)=2/5(q+1)

If he used the parentheses right it is d, cause...
a = 1+3/5(q-4)=2/(5(q+1))
b = 1+3/(5(q-4))=2/5(q+1)
c = 1+3/(5(q-4))=2/(5(q+1))
d = 1+3/5(q-4)=2/5(q+1)
I'd suggest you assume they know what they're asking

Btw, let me give the answer to people who still want this answer or the way to do this type of equation.
1+3/5(q-4)=2/5(q+1)
1+3/5q-12/5=2/5q+2/5
3/5q-7/5=2/5q+2/5
3/5q=2/5q+9/5
1/5q=9/5
q=45/5
q=9
