Alg2 problem. Need help with (2/(a+2))-(3/2a)

The problem is (2/(a+2))-(3/2a). Please give answer and explain step by step. Thanks in advance!!!!!

What were the instructions? What are you supposed to do with this? Evaluate for some value of "a"? Add the rational expressions and simplify? Or something else?
