16. Find the z-score of 0.9418.

Here is my answer:

The z score can be found by using the Table A-2.

Z score is defined as the distance along the horizontal scale of the standard normal distribution

You locate by looking to the leftmost column and top row of Table A-2

Answer : Z=1.57

The question that i have is that the area that i am trying to locate the z-score for is to the left of 0.9418. Does that make sense? i just want to understand the problem. Thank you.
